What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After discovery, Jordan Pike proposed Enterprise with a working decision date of 18 Dec 2026. CFO Glenn Wojcik asked for the three-year cost and a comparison with manual reconciliation, and said nothing moves before security review.
Ask: Glenn asked what the £155k covers, what is one-off, what recurs and what is excluded. He also wants a comparison against current practice, including staff time spent reconciling by hand.
Customer view: sceptical and conditional: "I will not form a view without it." Jordan replied that £155k is the total deal value as scoped, including the one-off implementation fee, not a yearly price.
Next: Jordan to send a written breakdown and the security pack, and asked Danielle who in vendor management should receive it.

- Jordan Pike 29 Jun 2026 16:50Hi Danielle, hi Glenn, Thanks for the time on the discovery call. To be transparent about where things stand: we heard that agency management, underwriting and claims each hold part of the picture on an agency, and you want one view of submissions, calls and complaints for each agency. Enterprise looks like the right fit for that. Next steps on our side: - a demo using a realistic agency example, which Danielle asked for - our security documentation, so your security and vendor management teams can start their review early - a cost comparison for Glenn For planning, we have pencilled in a target of 18 Dec 2026 for a decision. That is a working date only, and it depends entirely on your reviews. Glenn, what would you need from me to take this to the next stage? Thanks, Jordan
- Glenn Wojcik 2 Jul 2026 11:36Jordan, What's the three-year cost? I have seen £155,000 mentioned. I need to know what that covers, what is one-off and what recurs, and what is not included. Send me the comparison against what we do today, including the staff time we spend reconciling by hand. I will not form a view without it. Nothing moves until security and vendor management are complete. Glenn Wojcik
- Jordan Pike 3 Jul 2026 13:28Glenn, Fair questions. The £155,000 is the total value of the deal as scoped so far. It includes the one-off implementation fee, so please don't read it as a yearly price. I'll send a written breakdown that separates the one-off fee from the annual subscription, with the three-year view you asked for. Anything not in scope will be listed plainly. On security, I'll share our documentation with Danielle's team so the review can run alongside the demo. I'd rather you see any gaps now than late. Danielle, can you tell me who in vendor management should receive the pack? Thanks, Jordan
