What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Jordan Pike asked Danielle Novotny for a discovery call. She chose Wednesday morning, will bring an underwriting lead for the second half, and asked for no slide deck.
Ask: Jordan proposed an hour on Tuesday or Wednesday and asked for someone from underwriting or claims to join. Danielle picked Wednesday at 10:00 Central.
Customer view: she wants to fix an agency where nobody can see the whole picture, and she pushed for pace: "Let's keep this moving and not wait for everyone." Claims is harder to involve this early.
Next: Jordan to send a one-line agenda and prepare a conversation, not slides.

- Jordan Pike 19 Jun 2026 16:50Hi Danielle, Thanks for making time to talk this week. Here's where we are: I'd like to set up a discovery call so I can understand how your agency management team works today, and where submissions, calls and complaints end up in separate places. Would next Tuesday or Wednesday work? I'd keep it to about an hour. I'll send a one-line agenda ahead of time and check the clock as we go. It would help to have someone from underwriting or claims join if you can, even for part of it. What would make this a yes for you on timing? Thanks, Jordan
- Danielle Novotny 19 Jun 2026 17:15Jordan, Wednesday works better. Mornings are best, say 10:00 Central. Tuesday is full of agency visits. I'll ask one of the underwriting leads to join for the second half. Claims is harder to pull in this early. Let's keep this moving and not wait for everyone. One thing up front: I'll bring a story about an agency that sends us great business but where nobody here can see the whole picture. That's what I want to fix. Please don't plan a slide deck. Thanks, Danielle
