What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Elena Novak proposes a check-in agenda. Orla Mannion, Head of Customer Service and Complaints, says more of her team are asking questions of account records and it is making a real difference. She wants to verify who is logging in.
Customer view: Orla says the account records give a joined-up view of each hospital and distributor. Her enthusiasm is a value signal for the subscription.
Ask: she wants to check the 40 licensed users together on the call to see who actually logs in, with Niamh joining. Next week mornings suit, and she asked for two or three slots.
Next: Elena sends slots. The user review may show headroom or unused seats ahead of renewal.

I will make sure that the agenda reaches you in writing beforehand, as agreed last time. My proposal for the agenda is: 1. Usage across the complaints, key accounts and distributor teams, which has grown nicely since the last quarter. 2. Anything your team would like to see connected or changed. 3. Plans for the second half of the year, including how the 40 licensed users are being shared out. Could you let me know which days work best for you this week or next? I am happy to fit around your complaints review. Kind regards, Elena

More of the team are asking questions of the account records now, and it is making a real difference to how we see each hospital and distributor together. Next week suits me better than this one, as we have a busy few days with the complaint log. Mornings are best. Could you send two or three slots and I will pick one? On the users, let's check the record together on the call so we know who is actually logging in. Niamh will probably want to join for that part. Thanks a million, Orla
