Ask: Callie wanted two hours to connect the first sources, map fields and check the first refresh. She needs written access and a list of fields the consultants use most.
Customer view: Jodie is cooperative but access to the CRM depends on a third-party supplier. Accounting access she can handle herself.
Next: Callie starts on accounting once written access arrives and holds the CRM until it is confirmed.

We'll connect the first sources, map the fields and check the first refresh together. What I need from your side is: - written access for each source you want connected first - a rough list of the fields your consultants use most Could you do Monday or Tuesday next week? About two hours should do it. Tell me what suits you and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Callie
Jodie Burkinshaw 10 Aug 2023 11:54Hi Callie, Thanks for this. Monday morning is best for me, anytime after 09:30. Tuesday I'm tied up with a system update. I've asked our CRM supplier about access and I'm waiting to hear back. The accounting system access should be fine, I can do that myself. I'll send the invite after this. I can make a start on the accounting system once I have your written access. For the CRM, I'll wait until the access is confirmed in writing, and we can keep that part of the session for mapping and checks if it lands late. Nothing will be switched on until we've looked at the mapping together. Send the field list over when you have it, even if it's only half done. Thanks, Callie
