Daniel Okafor asked for a check-in after noticing fewer people logging in. Lorna Cairns agreed that fewer of the team are using B-Viz, as some were moved to other work and some lost the habit.

Ask: Daniel requested thirty minutes to hear how the team finds B-Viz, citing fewer logins.

Customer view: Lorna confirmed the fall, giving reassignment and lapsed habit as reasons, and wants to talk about "what would bring them back". She prefers next week, Tuesday or Wednesday morning.

Next: Daniel to send slots. This is a usage risk to the subscription at renewal, set against a 150-user entitlement.

Hi Lorna, I hope you're keeping well, and that the team has come through the busy stretch of pay dates in one piece. I'd like to find a little time for a check-in, just to hear how the team is finding B-Viz and whether there's anything we should be doing differently for your client managers. I've noticed fewer people logging in lately, and I'd rather ask you than guess at the reason. Could we do thirty minutes later this week or early next? I'll come back to you with a couple of slots as soon as I know what suits you. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for asking. Happy to talk. This week is full of deadlines, so next week is better. Tuesday or Wednesday morning would work. Avoid the days just before a big pay date, if you can. You're right that fewer of the team are using it just now. A few have been moved onto other work and some got out of the habit. I'd like to get it right first time, so let's talk about what would bring them back. Thanks, Lorna
