As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya Raman sends the Enterprise order form with a deal value of £110k. Fraser Moncrieff will not sign without a per-client base, asks who owns the account now, and wants cost to follow client growth.
Ask: Priya wants signature before the Growth term ends on 9 Feb 2026, to avoid a gap in cover. She stresses that £110k is the total deal value, not a single annual figure.
Customer view: Fraser will not accept a figure without its base and wants the account owner named. He prefers costs to grow with the client base, and "Let's see it at renewal, not before" is ambiguous.
Next: the form is unsigned in this thread, so it is an open item. The evidence does not show who now owns the account.

- Priya Raman 3 Feb 2026 10:07Hi Fraser, Quick recap of where we are: the Enterprise order form is ready for your signature, and the current Growth term ends on 9 Feb 2026. If we can get this over the line by Thursday, we keep momentum and there is no gap in cover for your client managers. The deal value on the form is £110,000. That is the total for the deal, so please read it alongside the schedule rather than as a single annual figure. Your 40 licensed users carry across as they are today. Happy to make this easy: I can walk you or your team through the form in ten minutes tomorrow if that helps. Best, Priya
- Fraser Moncrieff 4 Feb 2026 10:31Priya, Thanks. A few things before I sign. What is that per client, on the employers we look after? I will not accept a figure without its base, and £110,000 on its own tells me little. Also, who owns our account at your end now? I would like that named on the form or in your reply before this goes any further. Let's see it at renewal, not before. I would rather costs grew with our client base than ahead of it.
