Logistical thread: Daniel Okafor and Lorna Cairns agreed a morning review in the second week of January. Lorna said the team is getting on fine but some still check by hand, and Fraser will want the numbers first.

Customer view: Lorna said the team is getting on "fine, I think", though a few still check things by hand. That is a mild hint of lingering doubt.

Ask: Fraser should attend for the renewal part, and he wants to see the numbers in advance.

Next: Daniel will send a calendar invitation to Lorna and Fraser and share the figures beforehand.

Hi Lorna, I hope you are well and that the week's deadlines are under control before the break. I'd like to find a time for our next quarterly review, once the new year has started. It would be good to look at how your client managers are finding B-Viz, go over the support ticket from earlier, and talk about what you would like from the renewal. How is the team finding it at the moment? Would the first or second week of January suit you? I know pay dates shape your month, so tell me which days to avoid and I'll work around them. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. The team is getting on fine, I think, though a few of them still check things by hand. The first week of January is a no, I'm afraid. We have a busy run of pay dates then. The second week would be better, and mornings are best. Fraser should be there for the renewal part, but he'll want to see the numbers first, so send them over in advance if you can. Thanks, Lorna

Hi Lorna, Just to close the loop: second week of January, in the morning, it is. I'll send a calendar invitation to you and Fraser this week and put the figures in front of you both beforehand. Thank you for being so clear about the pay dates. Have a restful few days. Best wishes, Daniel
