As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor proposed moving from Growth to Enterprise before the 9 Feb 2026 term end. Finance Director Fraser Moncrieff asked for a per-client breakdown before any call and for written confirmation of who owns the account.
Ask: Fraser wants the breakdown before any call. He said "I can't take a figure without its base" and needs costs that grow with his employer count.
Customer view: he asked who owns the account at BG-Demo now, in writing, and closed with "Let's see it at renewal." He did not engage with the Enterprise upgrade itself.
Next: Daniel offered a breakdown within a week of 11 Nov 2025, splitting subscription from one-off. The proposal figure of £110k is a total deal value, and the current Growth price is £40k a year.

- Daniel Okafor 11 Nov 2025 16:25Dear Fraser, Thank you for your time over the past months. I wanted to write ahead of your renewal, as your current contract runs to 9 Feb 2026 and I'd like to give you plenty of notice. Your client managers have been making good use of B-Viz, and usage has been rising lately, which is lovely to see. Given that, Priya and I would like to talk to you about moving from Growth to Enterprise. You currently pay £39,600 a year with 40 licensed users. The Enterprise proposal has a total value of £110,000. That is the total for the deal, so I will set out for you what is subscription and what is one-off, rather than leave you to work it out. We are aiming to have everything agreed by 5 Feb 2026, but there is no rush on your side to decide now. I'd simply like to know what you would want to see to make a decision. I'll come back to you by the end of next week with a breakdown, unless you would prefer a call first. Best wishes, Daniel
- Fraser Moncrieff 12 Nov 2025 09:52Daniel, Thanks. Please send the breakdown, and I'd like it before any call. What's that per client? We have a lot of employers on the books and I need costs that grow with them, not ahead of them. I can't take a figure without its base. Also, who owns our account at your end now? I'd like that clear in writing before we go further. Let's see it at renewal. Fraser Moncrieff
