Hi Lorna, I hope you are well and that the week's pay dates are behaving. Just to close the loop on where things stand: it is good to see how much more your client managers are using B-Viz since the early days, and I'd like to hear how the team is finding it. As part of your Growth subscription we hold a quarterly review, and I would like to book the first one. About an hour is plenty. I would suggest we cover: - what your client managers are using most, and what they are not - anything that still gets reconciled by hand - what you would like to see before the year is out Could you let me know whether Tuesday or Thursday next week suits you? If Fraser would like to join for the commercial side, he is very welcome, though I know that is your call. I'll come back to you by Wednesday with a calendar invitation once you have picked a day. Best wishes, Daniel
