What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callie Brennan asked Lorna Cairns for kickoff times, written access details and a day-to-day admin. Lorna apologised for the delay, said next week suits, and would not name an admin before checking with Fraser.
Ask: Callie wants slots, written access for the first sources and a named admin. She will not start any connector without access in writing.
Customer view: Lorna is cooperative but busy with pay dates. She holds back on the admin: "I do not want to commit anything before he has seen it."
Next: Lorna to send slots, and IT to email the access details.

- Callie Brennan 12 Feb 2025 13:35Hi Lorna, Welcome aboard. I would like to get the kickoff in the diary this week or early next, so we can plan the next hour properly and get your first refresh to land cleanly. What I need from your side is: - two or three times that suit you and your client managers - written access details for the first sources you want connected, before we switch on the refresh - the name of whoever will be your day-to-day admin The Growth plan covers 40 licensed users, so it would help to know which teams you want in first. I will not start any connector until I have the access in writing, so the sooner that arrives the sooner we can begin. Thanks, Callie
- Lorna Cairns 14 Feb 2025 12:42Hi Callie, Thanks for this. Sorry for the delay, it has been a busy week with pay dates. Next week suits best, mornings once the day's payroll deadlines are cleared. I will send you a couple of slots shortly. I will ask our IT contact to put the access details in an email to you, so you have them in writing. For the admin, I will confirm with Fraser first. I do not want to commit anything before he has seen it. Thanks, Lorna
