As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya sent the Growth order form at £52k. Fraser replied that he will not sign without a split between implementation and subscription, a cost per employer, and who owns the account. He will not decide before 27 Jan 2025.
Ask: Priya pressed for signature by 27 Jan 2025. Fraser wants to know which part of the £52k repeats each year and what each employer served costs against margin.
Customer view: He wants costs to grow with the client base, not ahead of it. He also asks whether Priya will own the account once live, which the thread does not answer.
Next: BG-Demo needs to send the split and an answer on account ownership.

- Priya Raman 23 Jan 2025 17:30Hi Fraser, Thanks for your time this week. To keep momentum, I've attached the Growth order form for signature: the deal total comes to £51,600. Happy to make this easy: if we can get this over the line by 27 Jan 2025, we can start the implementation planning straight away and your client managers see each employer's queries, deadlines, calls and fees in one place. If anything in the terms needs a second look, tell me and I'll turn it round quickly. Best, Priya
- Fraser Moncrieff 23 Jan 2025 17:45Priya, Thanks. Before I sign anything I need the base for £51,600. Please split it between the one-off implementation and the subscription, and tell me which part repeats each year. I also want to see the cost per employer we serve, so I can judge it against our margin. Costs should grow with our client base, not ahead of it. Also, who owns our account at your end once this is live? You, or someone else? I won't decide before 27 Jan 2025. Let's see it with the split. Fraser Moncrieff
