What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya sent Lorna the £52k Growth proposal. Lorna says the scope matches her ask and wants two client managers to review it, but cannot commit budget without Fraser and asks that he be sent the document.
Ask: Priya wanted comments on the Growth proposal and the names of other reviewers before it went to Fraser. She gave an expected close of 6 Jan 2025.
Customer view: Lorna is positive on scope and wants two client managers to check for gaps. She says budget sits with Fraser, who will go through the total himself.
Next: Priya needs to send Fraser the same document. Lorna's answer on the review is slow, as it may be next week before she replies.

- Priya Raman 3 Dec 2024 16:20Hi Lorna, Thanks again for the time on our last call. It was really helpful to hear how your client managers work through each employer's queries, deadlines, calls and fees today, and how much of that is stitched together by hand. As promised, I have attached the proposal for the Growth tier. The total for the proposal is £51,600. It is built around giving your client managers one place to see everything for an employer, which is what you described. We are aiming for an expected close on 6 Jan 2025, so to keep momentum it would be great to get your comments in the next week or so. Two things would help me: - Anything in the scope that does not match what you need - Who else on your side should see it before it goes to Fraser Happy to make this easy, so if a short call is better than email, just say. Best, Priya
- Lorna Cairns 5 Dec 2024 12:02Hi Priya, Thanks for this. I have read it through. The scope matches what I asked for. My client managers need the full picture for each employer, and this does that. I'd like two of them to look at it before we go further, so they can say if anything is missing. When's their pay date? Busy week for them, so it may be next week before I hear back. I can't commit any budget without Fraser. He will want to go through the total himself. Can you send him the same document? I will give him a heads up so it doesn't land cold. Let's get it right first time. Thanks, Lorna
