As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya Raman recapped discovery, proposing Growth at a pencilled-in deal value of £52k including implementation. Finance Director Fraser Moncrieff asked for a per-client figure with its base and who owns the account after the sale.
Ask: Priya wanted the deal closed by 7 Nov 2024 and a wider team demo next. The £52k is the deal total including the one-off implementation, not an annual figure.
Customer view: Fraser did not accept the number as given. He wants a per-client comparison with what Duddingston spends now, and a named contact after the sale.
Next: Priya needs to answer both points before the demo and the close date.

- Priya Raman 10 Oct 2024 15:43Hi Lorna, hi Fraser, Thanks for your time on the discovery call - really useful. A quick recap so we're all working from the same page. What we heard: your client managers spend too long jumping between systems to answer one employer's query, and they want payroll queries, deadlines, calls and fees in one place. We talked about Growth as the right fit for that, with the team using it across your client base. On the commercial side, the deal value we have pencilled in is £51,600, which is the total for the deal and includes the one-off implementation. I'd like to keep momentum, so if we can get this over the line by Thursday 7 Nov 2024, we can plan the implementation around your busy payroll periods. Next step is a demo for the wider team. I'll come back to Lorna on dates separately. Fraser, shout if you want any of the above broken down differently. Best, Priya
- Fraser Moncrieff 14 Oct 2024 10:56Priya, Thanks for the recap. Two points. First, what's that per client? I need the figure with its base before I can compare it with what we spend now. Second, who owns our account at your end once we are past the sale? I want to know who I'd call. Let's see it at renewal, but I'd like to understand both before then. Fraser Moncrieff
