What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya Raman and Lorna Cairns, Head of Client Services, agreed a discovery call for Tuesday at 14:30 with two client managers. Lorna asked whether employer data would be shown; Priya said no. Mostly logistical.
Ask: Lorna moved the call from Monday because of a pay run and agreed to bring two client managers. Her one condition was about data exposure.
Customer view: she wants each employer's details kept within the team looking after them. That points to access control mattering in any later proposal.
Next: Priya sent the invite and promised to cover access control if the deal goes further.

- Priya Raman 2 Oct 2024 16:56Hi Lorna, Thanks again for taking my call last week - really good to hear how your client managers work across the employers you look after. To keep momentum, I'd love to book a proper discovery session where we go through how your team pieces together payroll queries, deadlines, calls and fees today. Would forty-five minutes work early next week? I could do Monday at 10:00 or Tuesday at 14:30, or anything else that suits - happy to make this easy for you. If it helps, it would be great to have one or two of your client managers on the line too, so we hear it from the people doing the work. Best, Priya
- Lorna Cairns 2 Oct 2024 18:58Hi Priya, Thanks for this. Monday is no good for me, we have a pay run going out and I need the team at their desks. Tuesday afternoon is better. 14:30 should be fine once the cut-off has passed. I'll ask two of the client managers to join, they will give you the real picture. One thing before we meet: will you need to see any employer's actual data? I can't have one employer's details shown to anyone outside the team looking after them. Let's get it right first time. Thanks, Lorna
- Priya Raman 3 Oct 2024 13:36Hi Lorna, Perfect - Tuesday at 14:30 it is, and I'll send the invite this afternoon. On your question: no, I don't need to see any employer's data for discovery. It's just a conversation about how your team works and what gets in the way. If we go further, we can talk about how access is controlled so each employer's information stays where it belongs. See you Tuesday. Best, Priya
