What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hamza Akhtar booked a Thursday morning working session on support-ticket connectors and the EU region setup. Lukas Brandl said he is the only admin for now. Logistical, with a single-admin risk.
Ask: Hamza wants an hour to work through the helpdesk connectors, check the EU region setup and sort permissions, and listed what he needs beforehand.
Customer view: Lukas chose Thursday morning and said he is the only admin for now. He asked what access to prepare.
Next: Hamza sends the invite. Lukas prepares read-only helpdesk access and names the ticket category owner.

- Hamza Akhtar 30 Mar 2026 12:31Hi Lukas, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. As promised, I'd like to book the next onboarding working session, where we go through the connectors for your support tickets and check that the EU region setup is behaving as expected. Could you do Wednesday or Thursday this week? I'd need about an hour, and it would help if whoever manages admin access on your side could join, so we can sort permissions in one go. Let me know what suits and I'll send the invite. Best, Hamza Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
- Lukas Brandl 30 Mar 2026 15:28Hello Hamza, Thursday is better for me, Wednesday is full with a release on our side. Morning would be best, before the support queue gets busy. I am the only admin for now, so I will join myself. Perhaps one of my team can listen in as well, I will check. Please tell me beforehand what access you need from me so I can prepare it. Regards, Lukas
- Hamza Akhtar 1 Apr 2026 09:46Hi Lukas, Thursday morning it is. I'll send the calendar invite today. To prepare, it would help to have: - a read-only account for the helpdesk, or someone who can create one during the session - the name of the person who owns the ticket categories, in case we need to ask about how they are used - confirmation that nothing changes in your ticketing set-up before then If anything is awkward, just tell me and we can move things round. Happy to keep it flexible. Best, Hamza
