Ask: Florian queried whether the EU data region is in the contract itself and asked for the source and split of the £62k. He added that he does not agree changes by email and wants a revised order form.
Customer view: he is careful and procedural, and the delay in BG-Demo's reply is visible, as Matteo apologised and noted the target date had passed.
Next: BG-Demo owes a revised order form with the EU clause at the front and a breakdown of implementation fee and subscription. Matteo also asked who signs and whether Matthias should be copied; there is no answer yet.

It sets out the total deal value of £62,000, which includes the one-off implementation fee, and the EU data region that Katharina asked us to document. Our aim is to have it signed by 30 Jan 2026. If anything in it differs from what we discussed, I would rather you told me now than after signing. Best regards, Matteo

On the first: the EU data region is a term of the order form itself. I will send a revised copy with the clause moved to the front, so there is no doubt. On the second: the order form lists the implementation fee and the subscription as separate lines, and the £62,000 is the two together. I will send the breakdown in the revised copy rather than in this email, as you asked. Let me confirm that in writing once the revised order form has gone out. Please tell me who signs on your side and whether Matthias should be copied. Best regards, Matteo
