Customer view: Cautious and evidence-led. He will not accept unsupported claims, and Matteo Ricci agreed to flag estimates clearly.
Next: Matteo to send the sourced commercial document and a separate data location note to Florian and Katharina once engineering confirms the EU wording. The thread shows no reply after that.

I would rather you heard it from me directly: the points still open on our side are the commercial terms for Growth and the EU region set-up, and I want to be sure we are describing both the same way you are. As I understood it, you would like to see the cost set against what Katharina's team spends today on reconciling installer tickets, usage and renewals by hand. I will put the proposal together on that basis and let me confirm that in writing once you have replied. Could you tell me whether there is anything else your side needs to see before the next conversation? What does your auditor need to see on data location? Best regards, Matteo

I would like your view on that, but only where you can support it. On data location: please send it in writing. Katharina will have her own requirements and I will not comment on the product side. I will not make any claim about retention that I cannot support from your own figures, and I will say so clearly where we are estimating.
