What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Tom Ashdown sent Managing Director Stephen Arden the Starter order form on 14 Apr 2026. On 15 Apr 2026 Stephen said Kerry was happy, the figure matched, and he would sign the next day. The signed copy is not in the thread.
Ask: Tom wanted the order form signed by 16 Apr 2026 to book the implementation start. He quoted a deal value of £28k and told Stephen to check it against the document itself.
Customer view: Stephen said Kerry had reviewed it and was happy, and that the figure matched what they discussed. He asked who would contact the team first and wanted it kept simple because they are busy.
Next: the executed order form decides price and terms, and the thread does not show that it was signed. Tom owes Stephen a clear answer on first contact after signature.

- Tom Ashdown 14 Apr 2026 12:44Hi Stephen, Please find the order form for Starter attached, ready for signature. It's the version we agreed on the last call. The deal value on it is £28,000, but I'd check that against the document itself rather than take my word for it, and shout if anything looks different to what you expected. We're aiming to get it signed by Thursday 16 April 2026 so we can book the start of the implementation. If you'd like Kerry to look it over first, that's fine, no drama. Any questions, give me a ring and we'll sort them. Best, Tom
- Stephen Arden 15 Apr 2026 16:42Tom, Kerry's been through it and is happy. Figure matches what we talked about. I'll sign tomorrow. What happens after that? Who do we hear from first? Keep it simple for the team, they're busy enough. Stephen
