What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Logistical thread. Kerry Bramall picks a mid-week afternoon for the demo, expects Stephen to skip it, and asks what is needed from IT for the sample data. Tom confirms Wednesday afternoon.
Ask: Kerry wants a short note on what the sample data needs, so IT is not caught out on the day. Tom says a small export from the property system and repairs tickets for a few landlords is enough.
Customer view: She wants it uncomplicated and will give Stephen a one-line saving afterwards.
Next: Tom sends the invite, offers to talk the IT contact through the export and prepares a one-line version for Stephen.

- Tom Ashdown 12 Feb 2026 12:51Hi Kerry, Good to talk the other day, thanks for being so open about the repairs backlog. As promised, let's get something in the diary for the demo. I'd like to show you landlords, properties, repairs tickets and statements side by side, using a sample of your own data so it isn't a glossy slideshow. It takes about three quarters of an hour. Could you let me know which days next week suit you, and whether Stephen should be there? No drama if he'd rather hear it from you afterwards. Best, Tom
- Kerry Bramall 13 Feb 2026 14:01Hi Tom, Thanks for this. Mid-week next week is best, afternoons, once the morning repairs calls are done. Let's not overcomplicate it. Stephen will probably skip the demo itself. He'll want to know what it saves us, in one line, so I'll tell him after. Can you send me a short note on what you need from our side for the sample data? I'd rather not find out on the day that someone in IT has to dig something out. Thanks, Kerry
- Tom Ashdown 16 Feb 2026 17:22Hi Kerry, Leave that with me. Wednesday afternoon it is, and I'll send the invite tonight. For the sample, we only need a small export from your property system and your repairs tickets, covering a handful of landlords you pick. Nothing live gets touched. If it's easier, I can talk your IT contact through it on a quick call. I'll also put a one-line version together for Stephen on what it could save you, though I'll be careful not to promise numbers before we've seen your data. Cheers, Tom
