Tom proposes the Starter tier and a placeholder deal value of £28k. Managing Director Stephen Arden asks only what it saves and wants a one-page document.

Ask: Stephen wants the saving stated simply, in one page, and leaves the detail to Kerry. Tom agrees to lead with time saved for Kerry's team.

Customer view: Stephen does not engage with the £28k figure, which Tom calls a placeholder until the proposal. The decision target of 16 Apr 2026 is a plan, not a deadline.

Next: Tom arranges a demo on Ludworth Lettings' own data with Kerry and prepares the one-page summary.

Hi Kerry, hi Stephen, Thanks for your time on the discovery call. Really useful to hear how the team looks after landlords across South Manchester and Cheshire, and how much of the day goes on flipping between repairs tickets, property records and statements. As I understood it, the aim is for Kerry's team to see each landlord's properties, repairs and statements together, so fewer things get chased twice. I think our Starter tier fits that: one team, a handful of connectors, chat and search over the lot. On money, I've got a total deal value of £28,000 pencilled in for now. I'll confirm exactly what's in that and how it splits when I send the proposal, so please treat it as a placeholder until then. We're aiming for a decision by 16 Apr 2026, though that's a plan rather than a deadline. Next step is a demo on your own data. Leave that with me and I'll come back with times. Best, Tom

Tom, Thanks. Keep it simple. What does it save us? That's all I need to know. Kerry's the expert on what the team needs, so go through the detail with her. I'm not reading a long document. One page if you can. Stephen

Stephen, understood, no drama. One page it is, and it'll lead with time saved for Kerry's team and how that helps keep landlords happy. Kerry, I'll get a demo time sorted with you separately and we'll build it around a few of your real landlords. Cheers, Tom
