Ask: Matteo sent the Growth order form with a total deal value of £60k, including the one-off implementation fee. He aimed to close on 2 Jan 2026, but only if Bart was comfortable with every clause.
Customer view: Bart is cautious and wants it in writing. He will not work from an earlier draft and does not want to rely on what was said on the call.
Next: Matteo confirmed the 30 Dec 2025 version is the only one to sign. He will check the payment clause with finance and amend the form if quarterly billing is not covered.

The total deal value is £59,500, which includes the one-off implementation fee, and the subscription terms sit under our MSA. I would rather you heard it from me than found it in the small print: this is the first version that carries your requested changes, so please read it line by line. We are aiming to close on 2 Jan 2026, but only if you are comfortable with every clause. Could you let me know if anything needs adjusting before it goes to your signatories? Best regards, Matteo

The version attached to my email of 30 Dec 2025 is the only one to sign. Please discard any earlier draft, which is superseded by it. On quarterly billing, let me confirm that in writing. I am checking the exact wording of the payment clause with our finance team and will send you the clause reference today or first thing tomorrow.
