What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Bart Huisman, the customer's CFO, asked which version was the signed one and said he would not rely on a draft. Matteo Ricci confirmed nothing is signed and the proposal is a draft.
Ask: Bart wanted the version for discussion before the contract review call, and asked which one was signed.
Customer view: he is careful and wants only firm paper. Matteo said nothing is signed, that the proposal is a draft for discussion, and that only the executed order form will decide the terms. He also mis-stated the day, and the call moved to the following day at 14:00.
Next: the thread does not show how the call went or what changes Bart wants.

- Matteo Ricci 16 Dec 2025 13:48Dear Bart, Sanne tells me you would like to go through the terms before anything is signed, which is entirely sensible. I would like to propose a call of thirty minutes this week to take you through the contract line by line, and to note down any changes you want. Would Thursday afternoon work for you? If another day is better, please say so and I will adapt. Best regards, Matteo
- Bart Huisman 18 Dec 2025 16:28Matteo, Thursday is today. Tomorrow 14:00 is possible. Before then, please send the version you want to discuss. Which version is the signed one? I will not rely on a draft. Bart Huisman
- Matteo Ricci 18 Dec 2025 17:03Dear Bart, Apologies, I should have checked the day. Tomorrow at 14:00 suits me, and I will send the invitation now. To answer you clearly: nothing has been signed yet, so there is no signed version. What I will send tonight is the current proposal, marked as a draft for discussion. Only the executed order form will decide the terms, and I will tell you in writing when that exists. Let me confirm that again at the start of the call. Best regards, Matteo
