As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Matteo Ricci sent the Growth proposal at £60k including implementation. Sanne Verhoeven's team likes it, the customs desk has two questions, and signature rests with the CFO, Bart Huisman.
Ask: Sanne wants written answers to two customs desk questions: which connectors are live from day one, and how quickly an exception appears once it is in their system.
Customer view: the team likes the single view of shipments and exceptions, but Sanne cannot sign without Bart. She asked that he not be chased over the holidays and expects him to raise terms himself.
Next: Matteo should answer the connector and timing questions in writing and wait for Bart.

- Matteo Ricci 10 Dec 2025 11:12Dear Sanne, I hope the week is treating you kindly. Following our recent conversation, I am sending the proposal for Growth. The total value is £59,500, and that figure includes the one-off implementation fee. I would rather you saw this clearly now than found it later in the paperwork. Our current plan is to aim for signature on 2 Jan 2026, but only if it works for you and for Bart. I do not want to promise a date your side has not agreed to. Could you tell me which questions your account managers still have, and what the customs desk needs to see before they are comfortable? I will answer in writing so that everyone works from the same text. Best regards, Matteo
- Sanne Verhoeven 12 Dec 2025 13:13Hi Matteo, Thanks, I have read it. The team likes the single view of shipments and exceptions. The customs desk has two questions. Which connectors are live from day one? And how quickly do they see an exception once it is in our system? Please answer in writing, then I can show them. On the date: I cannot sign anything without Bart. I have passed him the proposal. He will come back to you himself, I expect with questions on the terms. Let's be concrete: please do not chase him over the holidays, he will answer when he has read it. Groet, Sanne
