As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Logistical thread: on 1 Oct 2026 Amara Obi asked Leanne Partington for times for a thirty-minute check-in. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Amara wants a check-in within a couple of weeks. She plans to cover what good looks like for customer service to the end of the year, who else needs access, and what is making complaints harder to answer.
Customer view: none recorded, as Leanne has not replied. Amara's own reading is that usage is up a little, with just over nine people active in a normal month against 40 licensed users, and nothing worrying.
Next: Leanne to offer times. Until she does, the headroom and wider-access points remain unconfirmed by the customer.

- Amara Obi 1 Oct 2026 11:00Hi Leanne, Hope the week is going well. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary for the next couple of weeks. Thirty minutes is plenty. Here's what the numbers say so far: usage is up a little on last quarter, with an average of just over nine people active in a normal month, against 40 licensed users. Two tickets in the last month, neither urgent, and no overdue invoices. So nothing worrying, but there is lots of headroom. What I'd like to cover: - What good looks like for customer service between now and the end of the year - Who else should have access, especially key accounts and credit - Anything from the plants that is making complaints harder to answer Could you send me two or three times that suit? I'm happy to work around your busiest days. Best, Amara
