As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the 23 Jul 2026 QBR, Amara Obi summarised usage and asked who else should have access. Sajid Iqbal replied next day, offering example orders with mismatched references and asking for a live-account walkthrough.
Ask: Amara wanted wider access (key accounts and credit), sample orders where order fields do not match the invoice view, and a complaints-and-invoices walkthrough for Leanne Partington. Sophie Ling was copied.
Customer view: Sajid engaged constructively. He suggested key account managers first, then credit, offered to set users up himself, and thinks the mismatch comes from how split deliveries from the second plant are coded.
Next: Sajid is sending the example orders by the end of the week. He wants the walkthrough on a live account, not a test one. Leanne has not replied in this thread and is to confirm names.

- Amara Obi 23 Jul 2026 15:34Hi Leanne, hi Sajid, Thanks for your time today. Good to meet you both properly. I picked up the account recently, so I wanted to hear from you what good looks like this quarter. Here's what the numbers say: active users are up a lot on the previous quarter, and customer service is clearly the heaviest group. Two tickets in the last month, both handled, and nothing overdue on invoices. You have 40 licensed users and an average of only a handful in the system on a normal day, so there is plenty of room. What I took from the call: - Key accounts and credit are not using B-Viz much yet. Who else should have access? - Sajid, you mentioned a couple of fields from the order system that don't line up with the invoice view. Could you send me two or three example orders so we can look at them? - Leanne, you wanted complaints and invoices side by side for one brand. I'll put a short walkthrough together. Let's get the next QBR in the diary once we have those sorted. Sophie is copied so she can see where we have got to. Best, Amara
- Sajid Iqbal 24 Jul 2026 08:38Hi Amara, Thanks for the summary. I'll pull together a few example orders today where the order reference and the invoice don't match, and send them over by the end of the week. I think it is down to how we code split deliveries from the second plant, but I'd rather you saw the real rows than take my word for it. On access, I'd suggest the key account managers first, then someone from credit. Leanne can confirm names. I'm happy to set them up myself if you tell me which role to give them. The brand walkthrough would be useful. Could you do it on a live account rather than a test one? Thanks, Sajid
