As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the demo, Sophie Ling plans a Growth tier proposal. Sajid Iqbal wants ERP and invoice ledger first and complaints later. Leanne Partington agrees to phasing and wants grocery and credit together. Draft total £60k.
Ask: Sophie asked each attendee what they want on day one, ahead of a Growth tier proposal covering the ERP, complaints source and invoice ledger. She quoted a draft deal total of £60k and a target decision of 20 Feb 2026.
Customer view: Sajid wants ERP orders, despatches and the invoice ledger first, and a read-only architecture diagram for IT sign-off. Leanne accepts phasing and leaves price to someone else.
Next: Hannah adds the read-only point to the diagram. The draft proposal is an open item, not an agreed price. The thread shows no reply from Chris Unsworth.

- Sophie Ling 7 Jan 2026 09:07Hi all, Thank you for joining the demo, and welcome to Chris, who I think was seeing it for the first time. The grocery account example seemed to be the one that got the most reaction. To keep this moving, I'd like to put together a proposal for the Growth tier, covering the ERP, the complaints source and the invoice ledger as the first connectors. Before I do, can each of you tell me what you would want to see on day one? Chris, particularly from a key account point of view. Hannah is copied for anything technical. Best, Sophie
- Sajid Iqbal 8 Jan 2026 12:50Hi Sophie, Thanks. From my side, day one is the ERP orders and despatches plus the invoice ledger. Complaints can follow once I've tidied the brand codes, so I'd rather not promise them for the first load. Hannah's note on read-only access was clear, thank you. I'd still like the architecture diagram to show it for our IT sign-off. Chris may add his own list. Regards, Sajid
- Sophie Ling 9 Jan 2026 12:29Hi all, Thanks, Sajid. Understood on complaints: we can list them as a second phase so the first load isn't held up. Hannah will add the read-only point to the diagram. For planning, the draft proposal currently shows a deal total of £59,500 for the Growth tier, and we're working towards a decision by 20 Feb 2026. That is a target rather than a deadline, so tell me if your internal process needs longer. Leanne, Chris, do let me know if the first view needs anything else. Best, Sophie
- Leanne Partington 12 Jan 2026 14:33Hi Sophie, Thanks for this. Phasing complaints is fine by me. Chris and I want grocery and credit in the first view, so please keep those two together. On the figures, I'll leave those to the right person on our side, I don't deal with price. I'll make sure they see the proposal as soon as you send it. Let's close the open questions this week if we can. Thanks, Leanne
