As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the demo, Sajid Iqbal listed the ERP tables he wants first and asked for written confirmation that the load is read-only with no locks. Sophie Ling has asked Hannah Lowe to answer in writing.
Ask: Sajid wants sales orders, despatch confirmations and the invoice ledger first. His main worry is the ERP being touched during the day, with only a small overnight window.
Customer view: Sajid is engaged but cautious, and unsure how clean the brand codes are. Leanne wants one brand view for all three teams.
Next: Hannah owes a precise written answer. The thread ends without it.

- Sophie Ling 30 Dec 2025 10:21Hi Leanne, Sajid, Thanks for your time on the demo. It was useful to see the order and complaint examples side by side, and I think the credit angle landed well. Two things I took away. First, Sajid wanted to understand how the ERP data would reach the Snowflake side and how often it refreshes. Second, Leanne wanted to be sure customer service, key accounts and credit would each see the same brand view without anyone rebuilding it by hand. Hannah is copied and can answer the technical points in writing. Sajid, if you can tell us which ERP tables you would want first, she can come back with a proper answer rather than a general one. Happy to pick this up after the break if easier. Best, Sophie
- Sajid Iqbal 31 Dec 2025 14:57Hi Sophie, Thanks for the recap. For a first pass I would want sales orders, despatch confirmations and the invoice ledger. Complaints sit in a separate place and I would need to check how clean the brand codes are before I promise anything. My main worry is the ERP being touched during the day. Can Hannah confirm the load is read-only and doesn't hold locks on our side? We only have a small window overnight. I'm in and out this week, so a written answer is fine. Regards, Sajid
- Sophie Ling 2 Jan 2026 08:19Hi both, Happy new year. Sajid, thanks for the detail, that helps a lot. I've asked Hannah to answer the read-only and overnight window question in writing, with the tables you listed, so you have something to check against your own setup. I'd rather she was precise than we guessed. She will send it over shortly. Leanne, nothing needed from you for now, but if you can think about which brands you would want in the first view, that will shape the next step. Speak soon, Sophie
