What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor asked Sharon Tilley for a check-in after a dip in activity and only one ticket. Sharon blamed holidays but was unsure, agreed to Thursday at 09:30 and asked that Nigel not be involved yet.
Ask: Daniel proposed a half-hour check-in, saying he would rather ask than guess whether the quiet was holidays or something else.
Customer view: Sharon thinks it is mostly holidays but "won't swear to that". She cannot tell which site or shift is affected and will ask around.
Next: The call is booked for Thursday at 09:30, just the two of them. Daniel will bring usage by team. Sharon wants a proper answer before Nigel, who will ask about numbers, is brought in.

- Daniel Okafor 11 Aug 2026 12:16Hi Sharon, I hope you're well. I'd like to book a short check-in with you, nothing as formal as a review. Half an hour would be plenty. I've noticed a little less activity in the last few weeks, and only one ticket in that time, which is quieter than before. That can be a good sign or just August, so I'd rather ask you than guess. How is the team finding it? Are you free later this week or early next? I'll come back to you by tomorrow with an invite, whichever slot suits you. Best wishes, Daniel
- Sharon Tilley 11 Aug 2026 13:47Daniel, Thanks for asking. It's mostly holidays, I think, half the account managers are away in turn. But I won't swear to that. Which site, which shift is not something I can tell from here, so let me ask around. Thursday morning works for me, before the control room briefing. Say 09:30. One thing: please don't bring Nigel in yet. He'll only ask about numbers and I'd like to have a proper answer first. Thanks, Sharon
- Daniel Okafor 12 Aug 2026 17:40Hi Sharon, Thank you, that's helpful. Thursday at 09:30 is booked and I've sent the invite. I'll keep it to the two of us, as you asked. If you do get a sense from the account managers before then of who is away and who has simply stopped opening it, that would help me a great deal. I'll bring the usage by team so we can look at it together, and I'll say plainly where I can't tell the difference between holidays and something else. Speak soon, Best wishes, Daniel
