After the review, Nigel Fairbrother, Finance Director, says he pays for 40 seats at £44k a year and wants a one-page view of weekly use before the renewal. Credit control's low use is his main concern.

Ask: Nigel wants the base behind "moved up", meaning how many of the 40 seats are used in a normal week. He asked why credit control uses it least, before the renewal.

Customer view: He is sceptical and money-focused, wanting a single page, not a presentation.

Next: Daniel will send one page by team, with who asks the questions, checked against Jade's admin view. The Growth subscription runs to 4 Jun 2027.

Hello all, Thank you for your time on the review. Just to close the loop, here is what I took away. - The two recent tickets were walked through, and I'll confirm in writing once the fix has had a clean run on your side. - Active use has moved up over the quarter, mainly among the account managers and the control room. Credit control is the team using it least so far. - Jade will write up which reports the account managers open every week, so we know where to put effort first. - Nigel asked who is actually using it, and what the cost looks like per contract. I'll bring him a proper answer. Your Growth subscription runs to 4 Jun 2027, so there is time to do this carefully rather than in a rush. Please correct anything I've got wrong. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thanks for the note. Two points. First, "moved up" tells me nothing without the base. Up from what, and out of how many people? We pay for 40 seats at £44,000 a year. I want to see how many of those seats are used in a normal week, not a good one. Second, credit control. If they are the team using it least, that is where the money is, and I'd like to know why before the renewal, not after it. I'm not asking for a presentation. A single page will do. Show me before the renewal. Nigel Fairbrother

Hello Nigel, Sharon and Jade, Thank you, Nigel, that's fair, and you're right about the base. A percentage on its own isn't much use to you. I'll put together one page with the number of people who used B-Viz in a typical week against the 40 seats, split by team, with credit control shown separately. I'll also add who asks the questions, so we can see whether it rests on a few people. I'll come back to you by the end of next week with it, and I won't send it until the figures have been checked against what Jade sees in the admin view. Jade, would you be able to give me a few minutes this week so I can check I'm describing the teams the way you do? I'd rather the page matched your language than mine. Sharon, I'll also ask how credit control would like to use it, rather than guess. How is the team finding it so far? Best wishes, Daniel
