Finding time for our check-in

Hello Sharon, I hope the week is treating you well. I'd like to find an hour for our next check-in, mainly to hear how the team is finding B-Viz day to day. From what I can see, more of your people have been using it over the last few months, and I'd love to understand what is driving that, and whether the account managers and the control room are asking it the same sorts of questions. Would either Tuesday or Thursday next week suit you? Mornings tend to be easier for me, but I'm happy to work around your shift handovers, as I know those are not movable. If there is anything you'd like me to bring, such as a particular client or site you want to look at together, just say and I'll prepare it beforehand. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thursday is better. Tuesday is always a mess for us. Late morning, after handover, would be good, say 11:00. Yes, more people are in there. The account managers have got the habit, and a couple of the credit control team have started using it too. I'd like to talk about that, and about how we get the rest of the licences used properly. Hello Sharon, Just to close the loop on this: Thursday at 11:00 is booked in my diary, and I'll send the invitation across shortly. Apologies for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days on my side. I'll keep the agenda light so there is plenty of room for your two clients. I'll look at how both appear across sites and incidents beforehand, so we are not starting from cold. On the licences, I'll bring a simple view of who is using what, and we can decide together whether anything needs to change. There is no pressure either way.
