What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr sent the Growth renewal order form at £44k. Finance Director Nigel Fairbrother wants usage shown first and the base for the rise from £40k. He will not sign until he has both.
Ask: Nigel wants to see who is using B-Viz before renewal. He also wants the base behind £44k against £40k, per contract handled, and confirmation of payment terms.
Customer view: he says he does not accept a percentage without the base. He adds that if the usage holds up he does not see a problem.
Next: Lewis has promised a usage summary from Daniel and a written note on how the figure is built. The evidence does not show a signed order form or a reply from Nigel after 28 May 2026.

- Lewis Kerr 21 May 2026 13:54Dear Nigel, Ahead of the Growth subscription reaching its end on 4 Jun 2026, I've attached the renewal order form for your review and signature. It covers the same Growth tier, with 40 licensed users, co-termed to your renewal so there's no gap in service. To put a number on it, the order form total is £44,000, exclusive of VAT. For reference, the current contracted annual recurring revenue is £39,600. If you're happy with it, I'd ask you to sign by the end of next week so everything is in place before the term ends. If you'd like anything explained first, or want to see how the account has been used, say so and I'll arrange it with Daniel. I'll send that over today if you need a separate copy for your finance team. Kind regards, Lewis
- Nigel Fairbrother 26 May 2026 08:11Lewis, Thanks. A few things before I sign. First, who is actually using it? I've heard good things from Sharon, but I want the usage in front of me, not a general impression. Show me before the renewal. Second, you quote £44,000 against £39,600 last time. What's the base for the difference, and what's that per contract we handle? I don't accept a percentage without the base. Third, we pay on terms, as before, I assume. If the usage holds up, I don't see a problem. Nigel Fairbrother
- Lewis Kerr 28 May 2026 11:49Dear Nigel, Thank you, those are fair questions. On usage, I've asked Daniel to send you a short summary of who has been using B-Viz and what they've been asking it. He knows the account better than anyone here, and I'd rather you saw his view than mine. You'll have it ahead of any signature. On the figure, I won't quote the make-up of £44,000 from memory. I'll confirm in writing how it is built against the £39,600 you pay now, so you have the base and the order form side by side. Payment terms are unchanged from your current arrangement, and I'll state that plainly in the same note. The term ends on 4 Jun 2026, so I'd like to have the signed order form back before then. Once you've seen Daniel's summary and my note, tell me if anything is still unclear and I'll deal with it straight away.
