Nigel Fairbrother replies to Daniel Okafor wanting actual weekly user numbers against the 40 licences, not a chart or a bare percentage. He is free Thursday afternoon and will decide nothing on the call.

Ask: Daniel approached Nigel directly about the Growth renewal ending 4 Jun 2026. Nigel asked how many of the forty licensed users are in the system each week and what that comes to per contract.

Customer view: He pays £40k a year and wants numbers rather than assurances from Sharon. Daniel agreed to send counts against the licences, with a starting point and the teams asking.

Next: A half-hour call on Thursday afternoon, with Lewis Kerr joining only for terms.

Dear Nigel, I hope you are well. I'm Daniel, the Customer Success Manager for Marlcliff, and I wanted to write to you directly about the renewal. Your Growth subscription runs until 4 Jun 2026, so I'd like us to find some time in the coming days to talk it through properly, rather than leave it to the last minute. I know you like to start with usage, so I'll bring that: who has been using B-Viz, how that has changed since the previous quarter, and where the account managers and credit control have found it useful. Lewis Kerr, who looks after the commercial side of your account, can join for the terms if that would help. Would half an hour later this week or early next week suit you? I'll come back to you by the end of the day with an invitation once you've said what works. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thanks for the note. Sorry for the slow reply, month end. We pay £39,600 a year for forty licensed users. Before we talk, I want to see how many of those are really in the system each week, and what that comes to per contract. Sharon tells me use is up. A percentage is no good to me without the base, so please send the actual numbers and not a chart. I'm free on Thursday afternoon. Half an hour is enough. I won't decide anything on the call, I'll want to see it all before the renewal. Nigel Fairbrother

Dear Nigel, Thank you, that's very helpful, and no apology needed. I'll send you the usage figures ahead of the call, as counts of people against the forty licences, with the starting point alongside so you can judge the change for yourself. I'll also include which teams are doing the asking. I've put Thursday afternoon in the diary for half an hour and sent the invitation separately. Lewis will join for the last part, only to answer questions on terms, and nothing needs to be settled on the day. You'll have the full picture before the renewal, as you asked. If anything else would be useful to see in advance, just say and I'll add it. Best wishes, Daniel
