What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor's notes of 20 Feb 2026 record rising usage, no support issues and 40 licensed users. He plans a control room walkthrough and a usage summary, and wants the renewal discussed early.
Customer view: Sharon Tilley described usage climbing across account managers, the control room and credit control. Some control room staff still use old screens, and she wants a short walkthrough rather than long training.
Renewal: the contract of £40k a year runs to 4 Jun 2026, and Sharon says budget sits with her MD. The thread has no customer reply and does not show the renewal outcome.
Next: Daniel owes control room timing options by the end of the following week, plus a usage summary for Sharon's talk with her MD. Lewis Kerr, who looks after the commercial side, needs the renewal dates.

- Daniel Okafor 20 Feb 2026 14:56Hi Sharon, Thank you for your time on Wednesday. It was a real pleasure to see how your team are using B-Viz day to day. Just to close the loop, here are my notes, so you can correct anything I've got wrong. What I heard: - Usage keeps climbing. More people across the account managers, the control room and credit control are logging in, and it's visibly becoming part of how they prepare for client calls. - The unpaid invoice an account manager spotted before a call is the clearest example of the joined-up view doing its job. You were keen that clients hear about problems from you first, and this helps with that. - Some control room staff still reach for the old screens out of habit. You'd like a short walkthrough for them on asking questions, rather than a long training session. - You have 40 licensed users, and so far there's been no sign of running short, though you'll tell me if that changes as more people join. - There have been no support issues lately, which fits with what you told me about it feeling steady. What I'll do: - Arrange a short walkthrough for the control room, and I'll come back to you by the end of next week with options for a time that fits around the shift changes. - Pull together a simple summary of how the team is using it, to help you when you speak to your MD. I understand any budget decision sits with them and not with you, and I won't presume otherwise. - Make sure Lewis Kerr, who looks after the commercial side, has the dates in hand for the renewal. The contract of £39,600 a year runs to 4 Jun 2026, and I'd like us to have the conversation in good time rather than at the last minute. What I need from you: - Names of the control room people who would benefit most from the walkthrough. - Whether credit control can join it too. No rush on any of that. Thanks again, and please pass my regards to the team. Best wishes, Daniel
