What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sharon Tilley agreed an hour-long QBR by call, said people like B-Viz, and warned that any renewal budget goes to her MD first. The Growth contract runs to 4 Jun 2026.
Ask: Daniel Okafor sought a QBR date and mentioned the contract end of 4 Jun 2026. Sharon accepted, preferring a morning call the week after next.
Customer view: account managers now walk into client meetings knowing the sites, but some control room staff still use old screens. She cannot agree anything on budget on the day.
Next: Daniel to send a morning invite and show control room staff how to ask questions.

- Daniel Okafor 2 Feb 2026 09:59Hi Sharon, I hope the week has started quietly for you, or at least that the control room has had a calmer one than last week. Just to close the loop on our last conversation: we agreed it was time to put the next quarterly review in the diary. As Marlcliff is on Growth, the QBR is part of what you have with us, and I'd like to make it useful rather than a tick-box exercise. My suggestion is a session of about an hour, with you, and ideally one of your account managers and someone from credit control, since they all use the same view of each client's sites, incidents, calls and invoices. I'd walk through how the team is using B-Viz, what questions people are asking, and what you'd like it to answer that it doesn't yet. We can also touch on the contract, which runs to 4 Jun 2026, so that nothing about the renewal comes as a surprise to either of us. Could you let me know which days suit you in the next couple of weeks? I'm flexible on mornings or afternoons, and happy to come to Bristol if you'd rather do it in person. If it's easier on a call, that works equally well. How is the team finding it at the moment, by the way? Any grumbles you've heard on the floor would be really helpful to bring along. Best wishes, Daniel
- Sharon Tilley 5 Feb 2026 10:50Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply. We had an incident midweek and it ate my time. Client was told first, which is the main thing. QBR is fine. An hour is right. Not next week, we have a client review that will take most of it. The week after would work, mornings best, before the shifts change over. Call is fine, I'd rather not lose half a day to travel. I'll bring one account manager. Credit control is a good shout, I'll ask who can spare the time. No promises on that one. On the team: people like it. The account managers say they walk into client meetings knowing the sites now. The grumble is mainly that some of the control room staff still go back to the old screens out of habit. Let's get the account manager on it and see if we can fix that. Might be worth you showing a few of them how to ask the questions properly. On the renewal, happy to talk it through, but anything about budget goes past my MD first, so I can't agree anything on the day. Just so you know. Send me an invite for a morning and I'll accept if it fits. Thanks, Sharon
