Daniel Okafor proposed a working QBR covering four tickets and usage. Sharon Tilley says the tickets worry her more than usage, asks which site and shift, and wants a Bristol meeting on a Tuesday or Thursday morning.

Ask: Daniel wants to review four tickets, day-to-day use and renewal goals. He notes 40 licensed users on Growth and a small group of active users.

Customer view: Sharon says four tickets are "four times someone told me something wasn't right". She asks whether it is one problem or four, and what her account managers heard.

Next: Daniel to send a ticket note by Thursday and offer two meeting options.

Hi Sharon, I hope the week has been kind to you and the control room. I wanted to get a quarterly review on the diary for Marlcliff, and I'd like it to be a proper working session rather than a slide run-through. A few things I'd like to cover with you and whoever you want in the room: - the four support tickets the team raised with us over the past few weeks, and where each one has got to - how the account managers and the control room are using B-Viz day to day - what you would like it to do for you before the contract comes up for renewal next summer You have 40 licensed users on the Growth plan, and I'd love to talk about how we get more of those people asking questions in B-Viz. Usage has moved in the right direction recently, but it is still a small group, and I'd rather we looked at that together than have you hear it from me in a report. Could you let me know which days suit you in the next fortnight? Mornings tend to be easier for me, but I'll fit around your shifts. If it helps, I can come to Bristol so we can sit with the account managers as well. Just to close the loop on the tickets: I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a short note on each, so you have it before we meet. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply. Busy week, and an incident on Friday night ate the weekend. The tickets worry me more than the usage. Four in a short space of time is four times someone told me something wasn't right. Which site, which shift? I want to know whether it is the same problem coming back or four different ones. What did my account managers hear from you when they raised them? Happy to meet. Come to Bristol, that works better. Tuesday or Thursday mornings are best for me, before the day gets away. I'll pull in two of the account managers and someone from credit control, as they are the ones who live in it. Send me the ticket note before we meet and I'll read it properly. Thanks, Sharon

Hi Sharon, Thank you, and I'm sorry about Friday night. I hope the clients were looked after. That is a fair challenge on the tickets. I don't want to guess at an answer in an email, so I'll check each one with our support team today and send you a plain note by Thursday: what was raised, by whom, and what we did. If any of them turn out to be the same underlying issue, I'll say so straight away. Tuesday or Thursday mornings, in Bristol, it is. Let me look at my calendar and offer you two options tomorrow. I'll ask you to confirm the people you'd like in the room so I can prepare for them specifically. How is the team finding it generally? Even a rough sense would help me before we sit down. Best wishes, Daniel
