As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor's notes after a check-in with Sharon Tilley: usage is up, about seven people a day, 40 licensed users, and a few high priority tickets to review. No customer reply in the thread.
Ask: Daniel confirms next steps and invites correction. He promises a ticket summary by the end of the week, and Sharon is to talk to the control room leads about who joins next.
Customer view: the thread holds only Daniel's account of what Sharon said. She values seeing sites, incidents and calls in one place before ringing a client. The control room is still only dipping in.
Next: the contract runs to 4 Jun 2026. Daniel wants value shown well before then. There is no customer response in the thread.

- Daniel Okafor 30 Sep 2025 16:57Hi Sharon, Thank you for your time this afternoon. Just to close the loop on our check-in, here are my notes so we both have the same picture. How the team is using it: the account managers are the ones driving things. Usage is up strongly on last quarter, and on a typical day around seven people are in B-Viz, which is a good sign this early on. You mentioned the control room is still dipping in rather than living in it, and I think that is natural. It took a while for the account managers to trust it too. We have 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of room for more of the control room and credit control to join when you are ready. What you said you value most: being able to pull up a client's sites, recent incidents and calls in one place before you ring them, so nobody is caught out. I wrote down your line about wanting to know what the client has heard from you before they hear it anywhere else. That is exactly the use I would like us to build around. Tickets: there have been a few in the last month, and a handful of those were flagged as high priority. I know that is not what anyone wants to see, so I have asked the support team to go through them with me and I will come back to you by the end of the week with where each one stands. I do not want you chasing us for that. Next steps, as I understood them: - I will send you a short summary of the open tickets and what we have done on each. - You will have a word with the control room leads about who might join next. - We will pick up the question of the renewal nearer the time. Your contract runs to 4 Jun 2026, so there is no rush, but I would like to make sure we have shown real value well before then. Please correct me if I have got anything wrong. And how is the team finding it day to day? Anything small that irritates people is worth telling me about, even if it does not feel like a ticket. Best wishes, Daniel
