Now that Kamal has left, I'd like to find a time for a proper check-in, just to close the loop on where things stand with B-Viz at Marlcliff. Three things I'd like to cover. First, that the connectors are all still loading after the hand-over, particularly the control-room incident one we talked about before he went. Second, who on your side now looks after B-Viz as the admin, so I know who to call when something needs attention. Third, how your account managers and the control room are finding it day to day. I'd value your honest view there. I'm free most of next week and can work around the control room's busiest shifts. About half an hour should do it, by video or phone, whichever you prefer. I'll come back to you with a calendar invitation as soon as you tell me what suits. Best wishes, Daniel
Sharon Tilley 23 Sep 2025 15:40Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply. It's been a busy few days with an incident that ran over a couple of shifts. Yes to a check-in. Thursday morning is best for me, before the control room handover. Phone is fine. On your three points: the connectors, I honestly don't know. Nobody has told me anything is broken, but nobody has been looking either. Admin is not settled. I'm talking to IT about who picks it up, and I'll have a name for you by Thursday. The account managers are using it more than they were, and they are asking for it by name, which is a good sign. One thing to keep in mind: I can't commit anything on budget without Nigel, so if that comes up, let's keep it as a conversation for now.
