Ask: Lewis wanted Nigel's questions on usage and cost, and Sharon's list of first users. He offered a one page note on who would use B-Viz and for what.
Customer view: Sharon wants account managers to see the site, the incident and the invoices in one place. She accepts the note and says nothing from operations is holding the deal up, but cannot speak for Nigel.
Next: Nigel never replies in this thread, so the commercial decision is unanswered.

Lewis Kerr 8 May 2025 12:57Dear Nigel, dear Sharon, Thank you both for the call. To put a number on it, the deal value we discussed for Growth is £51,600 in total, with VAT additional. I have copied Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, who has seen the terms and is the right person to speak to if anything needs a senior view. The date we are working towards is 22 May 2025 for signature. If that is still realistic, I will have the order form ready in good time for your review, co-termed to the dates we discussed. Two things would help me from your side: - Nigel, anything further you need on usage or on what this costs per contract. - Sharon, who in the control room and the account management team you would want on the first set of users. When a client rings in about an incident, I want the account manager to see the site, the incident and the invoices without hunting across systems. Which site, which shift, what did the client hear from us. That is what I want us to answer in one place. On users, I will pull together a list for the control room and the account managers and get it to you early next week. Budget is Nigel's call, not mine, so I will leave the commercial side with him. Is there anything further you need from me before you take the Growth proposal through internally? The total remains £51,600, VAT additional, and we are still aiming for 22 May 2025. I would rather answer any questions now than have them arrive at the last minute. My user list is nearly done and I will send it tomorrow. I can't promise 22 May 2025 on Nigel's behalf, but nothing from the operations side is holding it up. Thanks, Sharon
