What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr books a commercial call with Nigel Fairbrother on a Monday at 10:00. Nigel wants to start with who uses it and in which teams, and says he will decide nothing on the call.
Ask: Lewis wants to agree what Marlcliff wants to buy and by when. Nigel rules out Thursday and Friday because of month end and offers Monday at 10:00.
Customer view: usage first, numbers before any decision. Nigel suggests Sharon's view on day-to-day use.
Next: Lewis opens on usage, brings the quote with VAT shown, and copies Sharon on the invitation.

- Lewis Kerr 29 Apr 2025 16:36Dear Nigel, Thank you for your time on the last call. To move the Growth proposal forward, I would like to book a short commercial conversation with you, so we can agree what Marlcliff wants to buy and by when. I can do Thursday or Friday this week, or Monday or Tuesday next week. Thirty minutes should be enough. I will bring the quote with the VAT position shown clearly, so you can see the figures on the same basis as your own contract margins. If there is anything you would like me to have ready beforehand, tell me and I'll send that over today. Kind regards, Lewis
- Nigel Fairbrother 30 Apr 2025 10:27Lewis, Thursday and Friday are no good, month end is busy for us. Monday morning could work, say 10:00. I will want to start with usage. Who is actually using it, and in which teams? I would rather see that before we talk about anything else. Sharon is closer to the day to day, so you may want her view too. To be clear, I am not deciding anything on the call. I want the numbers first and then I will take it away. Nigel Fairbrother
- Lewis Kerr 2 May 2025 16:13Nigel, Monday at 10:00 is fine, thank you. I will send the invitation after this email. Understood on usage. I will open with that, and I will only talk about what the numbers support, so we start from what your teams would really use. I will also bring the quote, and anything we agree to change will be shown as a revised version, so you have it in writing to take away and consider. I'll copy Sharon on the invitation so she can join if she is free. Kind regards, Lewis
