What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Mostly logistical: Lewis Kerr asks for a 45-minute proposal walkthrough with Nigel joining. Sharon Tilley offers slots but cannot commit Nigel's time, and says he will want the per-contract cost easy to find.
Ask: Lewis wants a walkthrough so Sharon and Nigel do not read the proposal cold. Sharon is free Thursday afternoon, Friday morning or the following Tuesday.
Customer view: Nigel is the gatekeeper on commercials. Sharon says he "will want to know what it is per contract". The alarm monitoring system is still awaiting a colleague in IT.
Next: Sharon asks Nigel the next day. Lewis sends the proposal first.

- Lewis Kerr 14 Apr 2025 16:44Hi Sharon, Thank you for the call earlier. As agreed, I will have the proposal with you shortly, and I would like to book a walkthrough so we can go through it together rather than you reading it cold. I would suggest forty-five minutes later this week or early next week, whichever suits you. You mentioned that Nigel would want to see the commercial side before anything moves, so I would suggest he joins for at least the second half. I would rather he heard the numbers from me with you in the room than read them in an attachment on his own. Could you let me know a couple of times that work for you both? I'll send an invite as soon as I have them. Kind regards, Lewis
- Sharon Tilley 14 Apr 2025 17:31Lewis, Fine by me. I have checked my diary: Thursday afternoon or Friday morning this week are both free, otherwise Tuesday next week. Nigel is the problem. He is out for part of this week and I can't commit his time for him. I will ask him tomorrow and come back to you. Send the proposal first if you can, so he has something in front of him. He will want to know what it is per contract before he says anything else, so make sure that is easy to find. On the alarm monitoring system, I'm still waiting on a colleague in IT. Will update you. Thanks, Sharon
