As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Logistical thread: Lewis Kerr books a second demo on real retail records. Sharon Tilley agrees a Thursday afternoon slot, will bring one credit control colleague, and asks that a late-logged incident be shown.
Ask: Lewis wants an hour-long second session using real retail client records, with Anya Petrova joining again. Sharon accepts and asks for one scenario: an incident reported the next morning.
Customer view: Sharon calls the late-logged incident "the real problem for us". She wants to see what the client heard, and when. She also asks that the credit control part be kept short because of month end.
Next: Lewis sends the invitation and adds the credit control name once Sharon supplies it. Anya builds the late-logged incident into the session.

- Lewis Kerr 1 Apr 2025 11:35Hello Sharon, Following Lorraine's note, I would like to book the second session, this time using real retail client records so she can test it properly. It would run for roughly an hour and we would keep it practical: she picks the clients, we follow their sites and incidents, and we see how the answers hold up. Could you suggest a couple of slots for later this week or early next? Anya will join again. If you want credit control in the room for the invoice part, let me know who and I will include them. I'll send the invitation as soon as you confirm. Kind regards, Lewis
- Sharon Tilley 2 Apr 2025 12:07Lewis, Thursday afternoon is good, after lunch. Lorraine is free then and so am I. Credit control: yes, bring one person from the team. I will ask them today and tell you the name. Keep that part short, they have month end coming. One request. Can Anya show what happens when an incident is logged late, say the report comes in the next morning? That is the real problem for us. What did the client hear from us, and when? Thanks, Sharon
- Lewis Kerr 2 Apr 2025 12:54Sharon, Thursday afternoon it is. I'll send the invitation today and add the credit control name when you have it. I will pass your request on to Anya so she can build the late-logged incident into the session. She will prepare it on the retail records Lorraine chooses, so it reflects how your team really works. Kind regards, Lewis
