What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sophie sent the Starter renewal order form at £26k against the current £24k. Femi replied on 17 Aug 2026, after the 14 Aug 2026 target, content with it and signing that day, and asked for written confirmation that the partner arrangement continues.
Ask: Femi accepts the form with 25 licensed users and a clear term. He asks Sophie to confirm in writing that the partner arrangement carries on unchanged.
Customer view: He raised no objection to the move from £24k to £26k. The delay was a client issue and a wish to read the form fully.
Next: Sophie confirms the partner arrangement in writing. The thread shows Femi saying he will sign, but not the signed copy itself.

- Sophie Ling 12 Aug 2026 12:51Hi Femi, Attached is the renewal order form for Mossbrook Data Partners, Starter tier, for signature. It reflects what we talked through on the last call: 25 licensed users, and a total on the form of £26,000. Please check the terms against the current agreement, which is annual at £23,500, so you can see exactly what has changed. Your present term ends on 28 Aug 2026. If you can sign by Friday 14 Aug 2026 that would keep us on the timetable we agreed, and there would be no gap in service. If anything needs changing, tell me and I'll turn it around quickly. Marcus remains your contact for day-to-day questions and the check-ins. Thanks for your continued support, and I'm happy to talk it through by phone if that's easier. Kind regards, Sophie Ling Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Femi Adeyemi 17 Aug 2026 08:41Sophie, Apologies for the delay on this. Friday was taken up with a client issue and I did not want to sign anything I had only skimmed. I have now read it through, alongside the current agreement. The user number is as expected and the term is clear. I'm content with the form as it stands and will sign today, then send it back to you this morning. One small request: could you confirm in writing that the partner arrangement carries on unchanged alongside the renewal? As I said before, I prefer to put it in the agreement rather than rely on memory. Thanks for keeping this straightforward. Femi
