What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sophie Ling sent a £1,260 order form for an expansion to Mossbrook's Starter subscription. Femi Adeyemi asked for it to say it sits under the existing agreement. Sophie confirmed on 7 May 2026 and promised a revised copy.
Customer view: Femi said the form broadly reflects what was agreed. He would not sign until the document states clearly that the order creates no separate term.
Next: Sophie confirmed the order ends with the current term on 28 Aug 2026 and passed the 5 May 2026 target date. The evidence does not show a signature.

- Sophie Ling 30 Apr 2026 09:54Hi Femi, Following our recent conversations, I've attached the order form for the expansion to your Starter subscription. The total value of the order is £1,260. It sits alongside your existing subscription, which stays as it is. The form is ready for signature. We're aiming to have it completed by 5 May 2026 so that the change can be set up without delay. If anything in it doesn't match what we discussed, please tell me and I'll correct it before you sign. Kind regards, Sophie Ling Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Femi Adeyemi 1 May 2026 10:41Sophie, Thanks for sending this over. I've read it through and it broadly reflects what we agreed. One question before I sign. I'd like to be sure that this order sits under the existing agreement and doesn't create a separate term of its own. If it ends with our current subscription, that's fine, but I would like that to be stated clearly in the document rather than assumed. I don't sign anything I haven't read properly, so please bear with me. Once I've had your answer I can turn it round quickly. Femi
- Sophie Ling 7 May 2026 13:40Hi Femi, Apologies for the slow reply, and for passing the date we had pencilled in. I wanted to check your point properly rather than give you a quick answer. To confirm: the order is under the existing agreement and ends with your current term on 28 Aug 2026. I've asked for the wording on the form to say so explicitly, and a revised copy will follow, so you will have it in writing as you asked. Nothing else on the form has changed, and your Starter subscription stays at £19,500 with its 15 licensed users. If the revised copy looks right to you, could you sign it when it arrives? Happy to jump on a short call if it's easier to go through it together. Thanks, Sophie
