What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sophie Ling asked Femi Adeyemi for a 45-minute renewal and partner-arrangement meeting. Femi replied the same day: send the wording first, agree Wednesday after 14:00, and write any client-value or tracking terms into the agreement.
Ask: Sophie wanted time to discuss the next Starter term, which runs to 28 Aug 2026, and the partner arrangement alongside it. Femi accepted a Wednesday slot after 14:00.
Customer view: Femi wants to read everything before talking numbers. He will look at what is in it for the client and how both sides know it is working, and wants any agreement on those written down. He says the team is at fifteen users and using B-Viz more than a few months ago, so he expects no surprises on the subscription.
Next: Sophie sends the draft wording ahead of the meeting and confirms a time.

- Sophie Ling 24 Apr 2026 11:31Hi Femi, Thanks for making time on our last call. It was useful to hear how the referrals have gone and how your team uses B-Viz day to day. Your Starter term runs to 28 Aug 2026, so I would like to sit down properly on what the next term looks like for Mossbrook, and on the partner arrangement alongside it. You mentioned you wanted to read everything before talking numbers, so I will send the draft wording across beforehand rather than walking you through it cold. Could you do forty-five minutes next week? Tuesday or Wednesday would suit me, morning or afternoon. If it is easier to bring a colleague from your side, that is fine by me. - Femi Adeyemi 24 Apr 2026 14:23Sophie, Thanks for this. Wednesday works better for me, any time after 14:00. Tuesday is full of client reviews. Please do send the wording first. I would rather read it properly than react to it live. The two things I will be looking at are what's in it for the client, when we put B-Viz in front of one of ours, and how we both know it's working. If we agree something on either, put it in the agreement rather than leaving it to a conversation. On the subscription itself, we are at fifteen users and the team is using it more than it was a few months ago, so I do not expect surprises there. I would still like to see the whole picture before we talk about the term. I will keep the slot clear. Let me know what time suits you. Femi
