Logistical thread. Hamza Akhtar offers a hands-on training session on B-Viz, and Lauren Bickerstaff picks Friday morning, proposes an agenda and expects three or four attendees. Hamza confirms 10:00.

Ask: Hamza proposed a working session for the consultants who will use B-Viz day to day. Lauren accepted and suggested a running order: what is connected, questions and search on one of their own datasets, and remaining connectors.

Customer view: Lauren wants clear actions so nobody is waiting on anybody, and she will choose a dataset that is comfortable to show on screen. She is engaged and practical.

Next: Lauren is to name the dataset by Thursday, and Hamza will send an invite and write up actions. The Starter licence leaves room to widen use beyond the first few people.

Hi Lauren, Following on from our call, I would like to get a training session in the diary for you and the other consultants who will be using B-Viz day to day. Your Starter licence covers 15 users, so there is plenty of room to bring in whoever will need it, though I suspect only a few of you will start with it. My suggestion is a working session rather than a presentation. We would go through how to ask questions of your own data, how pages and search work, and how to check that the connectors you have set up are loading properly. If you have a real client scenario you would like to use as the example, that would make it more useful. I have time on Thursday or Friday this week, mornings are best for me. Let me know which suits you and how many people to expect. Thanks, Hamza Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo

Hi Hamza, Thanks for this. Friday morning works much better for us, Thursday is full of client calls. I would expect two of my colleagues to join me, and maybe a third if she is free. A working session is exactly what I was hoping for. Can I suggest a rough order? - a quick look at what is already connected - questions and search on one of our own datasets - what's left on the list for connectors, and what we can set up ourselves afterwards I would like us to leave with a clear set of actions, so nobody is waiting on anybody. Also, has the client seen it yet? I mean the example we use. I would rather pick something we are comfortable showing on screen, so I will choose one and check it before Friday. I'll pair with your consultant on the connector part if that is easier than doing it in the group. Lauren

Hi Lauren, Friday morning is fine. Shall we say 10:00? I will send an invite tonight with a video link, and I will plan for three or four of you. Your running order is good, I will use it as the agenda. Happy to pair on the connectors afterwards, I will keep time free once the group session ends, so we can go through anything that does not load as expected. If you can let me know which dataset you have picked by Thursday, I will have a look beforehand so there are no surprises on the day. I will also write up the actions as we go and send them to you straight after. Thanks, Hamza
