Ask: Hamza Akhtar proposed first sources and day-one scope. Ciaran corrected the user picture: he is the only one logging in until set-up is signed off, so the 15 licences on the order form are not yet in use.
Customer view: Ciaran wants his own data isolated from anything client-facing and wants to compare warehouse sizing before committing. The warehouse question is still open and Hamza promised a straight answer plus likely refresh cost.

I'll review it rather than propose it. - The warehouse for the nightly refresh is still undecided. I'd like to size it from what we expect to index at the start. - Your own users are covered by the 15 licences on the order form, and for now only one or two of you will be logging in during onboarding. For the next session I'd like to move on to the first sources to connect and what you want searchable on day one. Could you tell me which of your systems you'd start with, and whether any client data should stay out of scope altogether? I can do Monday or Tuesday next week, whichever suits you. That's a schema question as much as a connector one, so I want our own data in its own schema with its own role, separate from anything client-facing. I'll write that up and send it over. One correction. I'm the only one logging in at the moment, and probably until the set-up is signed off. Wider rollout to the team comes after that. Tuesday works, 14:00. Please send the pre-read first. And which warehouse is that running on, in your test environment? I'd like to compare before I commit to anything. Pre-read attached to it, and short: the connector order we'd suggest, the access B-Viz needs inside your account, and the open warehouse sizing question. On your warehouse question, I don't want to guess. I'll check with the team and bring a straight answer on Tuesday, along with what the refresh is likely to cost to run, so you can compare it with your own numbers. Noted on the separate schema and role for your internal data. That's the cleaner way to do it, and the write-up will help me plan the rest. Send it when you're ready, there's no rush before Tuesday.
