What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Mostly logistical: Ciaran Doherty offered Tuesday or Wednesday slots, wants questions beforehand, keeps the session to Snowflake set-up and keeps Ben Ratcliffe off the first one. Warehouse sizing is still open.
Ask: Ciaran wants a two-hour remote set-up session with the question list sent first, and connectors left to a second session.
Customer view: he owns the role design and has already checked the grants. The warehouse question depends on the expected refresh load.
Next: Hamza Akhtar to send the question list and the load expectation, then confirm a slot.

- Hamza Akhtar 9 Sep 2025 09:23Hi Ciaran, Following our call, I'd like to get the first onboarding working session into the diary. The aim is to walk through the Snowflake set-up for Mossbrook's own account: which database and schema B-Viz will live in, the role layout, and which warehouse the nightly refresh should run on. You mentioned you'd rather own the role design yourself, which suits us fine. Could you send me two or three slots that work for you over the next fortnight? I'd suggest about two hours, remote. If it helps, I can send a short list of the questions beforehand so you can check the answers in the logs and the existing grants first. One ask: please let me know who else from your side should be on the invite. Ben may want to see the security parts, but I'll leave that to you. Thanks, Hamza Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
- Ciaran Doherty 12 Sep 2025 13:30Hamza, Sent the question list back is fine, yes. I'd like it before the session, not during. Slots: Tuesday or Wednesday next week, either 10:00 or 14:00. Not Thursday, we have a client cutover. And not Friday, I don't touch anything in a client or our own production account on a Friday, so anything that involves changes needs to land earlier in the week. Two hours is about right. Keep it to the set-up. If we drift into connectors and what to index first, that's a second session. I'll keep Ben off the first one. Role layout is my side. I'll pull him in once there's something written down for him to review. I've already checked the role grants on the target database, so we can skip that part. The warehouse question is still open, and it depends on how much load you expect from the refresh. Ciaran
