As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Femi Adeyemi liked the referral sentence but would not sign on 15 Aug 2025 until BG-Demo confirmed in writing that Snowflake access is the client's decision. Sophie confirmed on 20 Aug 2025 and asked for a signing date.
Ask: Femi does not want the document to suggest Mossbrook speaks for a client. He asked for written confirmation that granting a Snowflake role is the client's choice.
Customer view: He is careful and positive, and said he would turn the form round quickly once confirmed.
Next: Sophie confirmed, revised the checklist and left the order form unchanged. The thread shows no signature and no reply from Femi after 20 Aug 2025.

- Sophie Ling 13 Aug 2025 10:33Hi Femi, As promised, the Starter order form is attached for signature, with the partner arrangement and Joanna's day one checklist behind it. I have added the sentence you asked for on referrals: Mossbrook introduces only clients it believes B-Viz suits, and nothing is payable for an introduction alone. The deal total is £25,500, which covers the whole deal including the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual figure. If anything in the wording doesn't read right, tell me and I'll have it changed rather than you marking it up. If it is fine, it needs your signature as Managing Partner. Kind regards, Sophie
- Femi Adeyemi 15 Aug 2025 08:45Sophie, Thank you. I've read the order form and the partner arrangement. The referral sentence is what I wanted. One question before I sign: the checklist says the client provides a Snowflake role for the install. Can you confirm in writing that this is the client's decision to grant, not ours? I don't speak for a client and I don't want the document to suggest that we do. I'd rather not sign today with that open. Once you've confirmed I'll turn it round quickly. Femi
- Sophie Ling 20 Aug 2025 10:37Hi Femi, Sorry for the delay on this, I wanted to check the wording properly. Confirmed: access to a client's Snowflake account is always the client's decision. B-Viz is built and run inside their account, and nothing is installed until the client has agreed and granted access. I've adjusted the checklist so it says this directly, and the revised version is attached. The order form itself is unchanged. Could you let me know when you expect to sign? Owen asks me every Monday where it stands against the date, and I'd like to give him something dated. Thanks, Sophie
