Arranging a quarterly review

Dear Fiona, Thank you for your time on previous reviews. I would like to arrange our quarterly review for B-Viz, and I wanted to write to you directly because I think this one deserves your attention. When I looked through usage this quarter, the number of people active each month has dipped compared with the last quarter. It is not dramatic, and I do not yet know the reason. It may simply be the summer, or it may be that some teams have drifted away from it. I would rather look at it with you than guess. Could we set aside forty minutes in the next couple of weeks? I will bring the usage by team so you can see where the use is and where it is not, against the 160 licensed users on the Enterprise agreement. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thank you. What decision is needed from me? I would like the usage by team, and what it is worth to us in pounds, please. I do not want a general presentation. If fewer people are using it, I need to understand why before we get anywhere near renewal. We will look at it at renewal, but I will want a usage case in front of me by then. Dear Fiona, Thank you, that is clear, and entirely fair. No decision is needed from you at this stage. The purpose is to give you a straight view of how B-Viz is being used across the group, and where it is not. I will bring the usage by team and, as far as the data allows, how the questions your teams ask map to the work they do in trade credit, branches and key accounts. I will say plainly where the evidence stops. I cannot put a pound figure on value that the data does not show, and I would rather tell you that than stretch it. I will send an invite for Tuesday morning. If Wednesday is better, tell me and I will move it. I will also speak to Neil beforehand, since he will know best what has changed in the branches, and I will come back to you by Monday with a short note on what I have found so you have time to read it first.
