Hi Karen, I'm Alice, Head of Marketing at BG-Demo. I look after our roundtables and the annual Customer Day, and I'm writing to invite you to our Revenue leaders roundtable in London on Tuesday 24 February 2026. It is an in-person session, held in a small group so everyone gets a proper say. The story here is how larger, multi-site businesses get their branch, credit and key-account teams looking at the same customer picture. Strensall Merchants is a good example of that, and I think your view from the North East branches would be useful to the other people in the room. You would be speaking as a practitioner, not presenting slides. A few minutes on what your branch managers actually look at when a trade account rings in would be plenty. I know diaries in a regional role fill up quickly, and a trip to London is a day out of the patch. If it doesn't work, no problem at all. If it does, could you let me know by the end of the week so I can hold you a place? I'm also happy to send a short outline of the format first. One other thing. If you did take part and said something we thought was worth sharing afterwards, would you be happy for us to quote that? I'll send a draft for your approval before anything goes anywhere, and nothing would be published without your written say so. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BG-Demo
